Grupo Elimari España SL was founded in 2004.

The team is composed by: Elio, the Group founder. He was born in Swiss where he lived for more than 30 years, descendent of Spanish and Italian parents. He is a decided and enterprising person who acts very seriously whom you can trust.

He will be the necessary support for the acquisition of a property in Spain. You can count on him for all the management. Very attentive to the evolution of the real estate market, he will be at your disposal to enlighten any doubt. He is actually AICAT (Real Estate Agent of Catalonia – AICAT Nº 4056) and is associated with the Tarragone API College (Agent of real estate property) (APAI-Nº 105).

Cristina, his wife, the holiday renting manager of the south Costa Dorada area in Spain, was also born in Swiss and is descendent of Galician parents. She possesses a telecommunication career and was the leader of a team that managed international customers in a big Swiss society for several years. Cristina will be able to inform you in Castilian, Catalan, French or English language and will be your contact for the holidays renting, during the booking process, until the day of your arrival and during all the stay. She is also AICAT with the number 4058.

Eva, a young promise who joined the Group in 2016, brings a young and enterprising spirit to our company, as well as the ability to provide information in different languages. French native language, she did all her studies in Catalonia, (Spain) until the finalization with the baccalaureate. She continued her professional training in England to improve her English level for several months. As you will realize, there will be no barriers or difficulties in foreign languages. Between 2016 and 2017, she studied in parallel the course of real estate property Agent and at the beginning of Spring 2017, she obtained the diploma.
